Brief Description
Lead and direct the Praise Team in weekly Sunday worship and possible additional services, such as Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Lead and direct the Praise Team in rehearsals for Worship services. Organize the attendance and roles of the musicians. Coordinate with the office in the preparation of PowerPoint slides for Worship. Ability to lead and direct a Praise musical group in worship. This would include, but not be limited to the ability to read music, lead vocal and instrumental performance, fine tune musical performances, work with volunteer musical groups in a Christian caring manner and ability to play a musical instrument such as a keyboard or guitar.
